Proof is a James Beard Nominated New American restaurant in Des Moines, IA, featuring the flavors of its Executive Chefs' culinary histories. Between 2017 and 2020 I worked in-house with the team as content creator, marketing associate and graphic designer with guidance from Speak PR firm.

Working from existing tag lines (Don't Settle, Demand Proof; Those who tell the stories rule the world), inherited graphics, and analytics from existing social media content, I wrote new visual and messaging guides for Proof Restaurant to utilize across all channels for an approachable, high-end brand.
